What our customers are saying

Excellent

Based on over 800 customer reviews

Jordan Smith

Excellent service provided

I recently ordered, and mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the plugs that I needed. Carmelo Was the support agent who reached out to me initially about my order, and the one who assisted me throughout in order to get an exchange. Their responsiveness, and approach to handling the issues on my order (which were my fault) were ideal and incredibly appreciated. An example of a great employee.

Jack Mckay

I order with custom plugs occasionally

But every order I have done has been absolutely out of this word. A wide range of designs, shapes and materials and they're all fantastic! My go to place for Plugs!

Sylvea Ortiz

My favorite place to order gauges!

Fast shipping, fast delivery & amazing products. Just love these guys!!

Sarah Hill

Amazing!

Super impressed with the quality of the tunnels, I’ve made 3 orders this week! Looking forward to future purchases! Really speedy delivery, too! 11/10!!!

Becky Ganderton

Fantastic Quality

I always go to Custom Plugs, their plugs, tunnels and tapers are durable, comfortable, funky and fantastic quality! Free stickers with your order and fast standard shipping, and good packaging, I will always support this business because of the work they put into their products

Michael Lawrence

Another 5 star review

I’m certain I’ve left another 5 star review at some point, however they deserve another one. Delivery is always quick, products always great and the customer service is the best, I’ve recieved another gift voucher, on top of the many free plugs, VIP pin and other gift vouchers. At this point I think I’ve received more free goodies for loyalty than I’ve spent with them!

Sam Graham

Really happy that I found custom plugs this year. Lovely quality products and brill customer service. They also do other jewellery and again I couldn’t fault it. Makes sense they’ve been around since 2011!! 10/10 you have a repeat customer

Sabrina Jonkmans

Best company for Plugs, Tunnels and Customer Service!

I cannot say enough good things about Custom Plugs! Their products are amazing and pricing reasonable! Their customer service is second to none. After some issues and emails between us, I am very satisfied and feel well looked after! I want to praise Carmie in particular for being a super cool DUDE, he has been understanding and extremely reactive! I highly recommend Custom Plugs to anyone! X

Tom Perkins

Fantastic company, great products and the staff are superb! Carmie was absolutely awesome!

Carl Whittaker

Great stuff. Prompt response and no hassle with any issues. Comfy well made plugs

Matt Wileman-Ashby

Always amazing plug and great customer service

Rachel Byron

The Best Customs

It's a website you can trust with so many choices on what you can get, giving you to suit those piercings to what tailors you, then coming to your door in a short arrive.

Tawnia M Wood

The customer service, pricing and quality is great

The pricing and quality is great, the customer service is amazing, they are quick to respond and I trust that when I order something like amethyst that's what I'm getting. Some places try to sell dyed glass or other material as a genuine crystal/stone but not this company. I recently dropped a plug I JUST got from maybe 6 inches and it broke but they are replacing the pair. The shipping is longer for me being in the US but that's to be expected. Thank you Carmie for your amazing customer service!

Tyler Lange

I wish I could give 6 stars

The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I had replacement plugs within a couple of days. Can't wait to shop again, recommended them to all of my friends!

Abbie Hills

The best you can get!

Always my go to when buying ear jewellery, all product Iv bought over years have been amazing quality comfortable to wear and look so good, people always comment on my ear plugs/tunnels. Love custom plugs best you can get.

Dionne Jenkins

I've ordered a few from custom plugs and they will be my go to for my plugs and tunnels amazing quality and true to size

James Shaw

Been buying from these guys for years, fast delivery, great quality, they even throw in free gifts . 10/10

Grace Chapman

Great products, really fast shipping. I've only ever used custom plugs to stretch my ears and I've never had any problems!

Ross Davies

I've never had anything except wonderful service with UKCP! Everyone within this company is fantastic and actually make you feel like a valued customer. That's why I'll always go back 💙

Ellie Savage

I’ve always absolutely loved these guys. I never get my plugs/ tunnels anywhere else. Amazing as always 💪🏼

Fraser Izzard-Crew

Been buying plugs from them for a year now

the best customer service ive ever been given, even when one of my plugs didn’t agree with my ear they just replaced it! How amazing is that! Will be back again and again!

Victoria Mansfield

Excellent customer service from Carmie

I am a compulsive buyer that doesn’t think before I purchase so I needed to cancel a order and amend another one. Carmie was understanding and sorted this out for me!

Jane Smith

I've bought plugs from alot of places, these are of the same if not better quality from other places and also do a great customisation I've not seen anywhere else

Chris Harvey

Amazing high quality plugs, great price and fast delivery

Bought some new plugs while they were doing the free plugs promotion. Not only where the original plugs I ordered absolutely gorgeous, but the free plugs and lucky dip plugs I got were all beautiful and excellent quality. Don't think I'll ever order my plugs from anywhere else

Sophia Pinnock

Honestly can’t fault Custom Plugs

quick delivery, and beautiful jewellery that make my ears look pretty, have so many plugs and I just keep adding to my collection

Abbey Cram

The best gift!

I ordered some custom made plugs as a gift for someone, they have her son’s name engraved and I could not be happier with the outcome. I’ve never trusted a company more than custom plugs and I’m so excited to see the look on her face when she opens them!

Ander Mendia

my Go To shop for stretched ears!

This shop has become my 'go to' for plugs and tunnels / jewellery for stretched ears. I'm a newbie and ordered a stretch kit that I didn't love once received, and the exchange process was made super easy with Carmie and the team. Further, the replacement order was for double flares, jewellery that isn't fitting to my taste once in my hands, and yet again the exchange for my desired single flare plugs was super smooth and quick I've for my final replacement/order in my hands and the quality is spot on. quirky and thorough packaging, too! Love this shop!

Marc Gaul

Amazing experience with this company

I ordered custom plugs and they weren’t quite right, but thanks to the excellent customer service from Ella and Carmie, I’ve ended up getting the perfect pair of plugs! They went above and beyond to help me out! So highly highly recommend and I will definitely be purchasing more plugs from them in the future.

Cameron Redfearn

Fantastic quality plugs

Fantastic quality plugs,
I know only shop here for plugs
Quality can't be beat!

Chioma Opara

They always provide warm, helpful and friendly customer service. Their items are of good quality. Carmie also gave great advice on whether some stainless steel plugs would be okay for my sensitive skin. Not only were they beautiful and non-irritable, but they were shipped very quickly! They arrived in time for a Christmas night out. This is why I always come back to Custom Plugs. You're all brilliant and offer quality items. Thank you so much

Jordan McCrindle

I stopped buying from my usual store for custom plugs…

I had been buying my plugs from Amazon until I seen this website, custom plugs has an amazing selection of plugs tunnels ear weights and so so much more the even have the best size range I’ve seen in comparison to other places it used to be so hard to get 26mm or bigger from anywhere but now I buy new ear plugs/ tunnel’s almost every week! There website is super easy to use and you can find what your looking for in seconds and the shipping is so quick! 1000000/10 I recommend custom plugs to everyone!

Stephan Kyriacou

Not only does this company make absolutely beautiful jewellery, but their customer service is exceptional. I needed to exchange an order that wasn’t quite what I wanted and Carmie was incredibly helpful and generous when helping me. The replies were fast and friendly, and the plug I received in exchange for the one I didn’t want is gorgeous. Definitely recommend Custom Plugs, especially for fake plugs which is what I use because they’re great quality, very affordable, and the colour options are stunning.

Cellan Wright

Top quality plugs

I’ll always shop here and have done for years. The quality of the stone/glass is like no other I’ve never had any problems. I received a free £20 voucher on one occasion and a VIP customer pin badge on another, which I really appreciate. Their customer services are always so helpful and polite if I’ve ever had any problems. Cannot recommend enough ☺️

Cayden Nel

Absolutely fantastic company! I’ve had quite a lot of plugs/tunnels/weights/body piercing bars off them over the years and couldn’t recommend more! Dan Smith

Highly Impressed

I’ve brought tunnels and plugs from here in the past (and from many other retailers) Custom Plugs is definitely my favourite, apart from the high quality of the jewellery (and just snagging a 241 deal on my last order, I think I might even like the free random pair better than the ones I ordered), the whole experience is fun, neatly packaged, stickers, even the envelope has art on it. I’m not one to normally write reviews but this one deserves some nice words. Cheers !

Zoe Harris

Always have the cutest items!

Recently one of my plugs broke but Carmie helped me get a replacement sorted so quickly, and was super patient even when I realised I’d communicated something incorrectly!

Amazing service from Custom Plugs (Yet again!)

I ordered a pair of amethyst tunnels from Customer Plugs and then sent an email asking if it would be possible to have a pair as dark as possible. Within minutes I received an reply from Emily saying that she would put a note on my order and that they would do their best to select a pair that I would love. The next day a pair of beautiful dark amethyst tunnels arrived. Perfect fit, perfect finish, perfect colour, perfect everything. Well done and thank you Emily, and all at Custom Plugs! :-)

Greg Dearman

Custom plugs are incredible and I will not shop anywhere else for my ears needs! Despite my last order having issues with delivery custom plugs sent a brand new order which arrived the following day and issued a £20 voucher for me for the inconvenience and this really made my day :) This is how good service is done guys ! Just treated myself to a little pick me up with my voucher, best start to 2022! Thanks custom plugs!!!

Rosa Gonzalez

Love Custom Plugs!!!

Love Custom Plugs!!!! Always have amazing design and helps a lot on stretching my ears.

David Miškulin

Honest review :))

I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. I’m very much pleased and can’t wait to order some more :))

Michelle Yates

Amazing plugs friendly service

Amazing plugs friendly service. There different styles of plugs and jewelry to die for, every style and taste. Why not have a look. Also great as I've large gauges so accommodates for that also.

Wissam Baltaji

Awesome customer service

I had a few issues with my order at first, but thanks to Miye, who helped me a lot and kept tracking the order until I got it. It was also my first time ordering from Custom Plugs, and it won't be the last, I promise. I can't express how pleased I am with my plugs; they're of high quality, and you won't be disappointed.

Brian Morris

custom plugs or bust

custom plugs is the best company to order from. in the years i've been ordering from them i've never had any problem with any order and delivery is relatively fast. It's worth it to set up an account with the company as they really value their customers and thats the reason the majority of my collection is custom plugs, because you feel valued when ordering from them.

Andrzej Pakuła

Best brand I've used in ages

I have been ordering my piercing from few different companies but ended up with having whole collection just from customplugs as their quality exceeds any other brands.
I order plugs once every few months cause they do last and it's just to expand my collection.
The new metal snake plugs are absolutely amazing and sit perfectly.

For anyone saying that customplugs are pricey, maybe a bit but it's because their quality beats other brands and customer service really does their job properly!!

100% recommended!!

Nattalea H

The best jewellery company!

I will never go anywhere else for jewellery. The packaging is beautiful, sustainable and recyclable, my order is always shipped the same day and the customer service is next to none. The sizing of their plugs is exact and of the highest quality. I can’t recommend these guys enough honestly!

Emma Demetriou

Claire Reynolds

Outstanding customer service

Had fantastic customer service from Miye dealing with problem I had regarding a pair of plugs I’d purchased. Super prompt & efficient contact over email. Not only are the plugs beautiful, the team are so friendly & helpful. Wouldn’t purchase my plugs from anywhere else now.

Jordi Hunsdale

Cant recommend custom plugs enough :)

Absolutely amazing online store so many different plugs tunnels and clothing to choose from and the staff are really really friendly aswell and my delivery got here exceptionally fast.

Jim Brooks

The best shop for plugs & jewellery

I’ve been shopping with Custom Plugs for years now and I have never been let down, I’ve bought jewellery, clothing, cases, plugs, nearly everything on the site and not once have I been disappointed with my purchase, the most recent purchase was a hoodie, a set of silicone tunnels and a ring, they gave me a free pin for being a top customer, small things like that really go a long way, I will forever be recommending them to anyone in search of plugs or piercing jewellery, hoodies or T shirts, whatever it is, these guys do NOT disappoint.

Hannah Campbell

Single most helpful company ever

Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need. Happily, Emily was there for me AGAIN and sent me the original plugs I ordered as soon as they were in stock, PLUS a free set of different plugs!! 10000/10 customer service

Andrew Chapman

Great service.

I put an order in late on Wednesday. Noticed I made a mistake when the confirmation order came through. I emailed straight away and got a reply first thing the next morning.

My issue was sorted straight away with no fuss and I received my order today.

Thanks to Miye who dealt with my query and order. Great service.

Michaela Lloyd

Fantastic as always

I honestly can't recommend Custom Plugs enough! They always have great customer service, but I want to say a huge thank you to Emily who I liased with for a few days about a specific ear weight that I wanted, I am so grateful that we got it sorted in the end! Emily was absolutely fantastic and patient with me! Thanks again Emily!

Fantastic Customer Service!

I’m very pleased with my experience ordering from Custom Plugs! This was my first time ordering from them and there was an issue with my PO Box, I live on a base in Germany with an American PO Box. I spoke to Emily and Miye, both WONDERFUL to work with. They both made sure I received my order even though they had to try more than one option of getting it to me. Custom Plugs went above and beyond to get me my order!

Amazing customer service

The Custom Plugs team were so, so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size! It was completely my fault but they sent the right ones out the next day, even sending me a random surprise plug for my troubles when I had an issue! Honestly couldn't fault the customer service, and that's resulted in me buying half of my boyfriends Christmas presents from their plug and accessory sections!
