HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We’re always striving to provide the best customer service possible so all orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days depending on availability.

Please allow extra time for wooden and generator products as these have to be made to order.

Depending on where you are in the world will alter the shipping time. Delivery time is based on the average time taken once dispatched. This is also dependent on chosen delivery method. 

• UK - 2-3 working days
• Western Europe - 3-5 working days
• United States - 3-5 working days
• Rest Of Europe - 4-6 working days
• Rest Of World - 9-12 working days

Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email breaking down your order. You'll then receive another email once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS

Due to the on-going changes in regulations for customs and tariffs within the EU and US, we are finding that in rare cases some orders being pulled for inspection at customs for these regions.


These investigations are performed at random to one-off parcels in transit, to ensure shipping standards have been met by the sender. Therefore, whilst an infrequent issue, it is important to note that this may affect the delivery timeframe on your order should this process take place.


If your order is pulled for inspection, this process can take up to 4 weeks before it can be processed to continue delivery.
As Customs are a Governmental Entity, we are unable to expedite this process or give you a timeframe, and is sadly out of our control. The only action we can take is to wait for the order to pass through.


Therefore we kindly ask for your patience with us during this process, and we assure you that we will get your order to you no matter what!
If your order hasn't passed through customs 4 weeks after the tracking update confirming the order has reached customs, we will issue a resend to you.
